For Zharpie, Boulder and Cannibals Islands, you need a carpet to access Overtutu from bottom right of Tutu Island. It's advised to bring teleport dust.
Teleporters to Momotaro Patch There are 2 teleporters who can bring you to Jibay Kingdom - Momohana Village, one from Port Basra (Sae, 35:78) with payment of 1500, and another from Port Pebbles (Captain Larry, 14:280) with payment of 2050, however both bring you to the same place.
